Modelion Works is an independent software business based in the Republic of Korea. Modelion Works develops and distributes software products, including products such as REvolver.

Certain services require a Modelion Account. Modelion Accounts use an email-based authentication system. You are responsible for:

• Providing an email address you are authorized to use
• Maintaining control of your email account
• Protecting access to your authenticated sessions
• Not knowingly allowing unauthorized persons to access your account

You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes. We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect an account, investigate suspected abuse, or maintain service security.

Modelion software may be offered as:

• One-time purchases
• Paid upgrades
• Additional licenses
• Other purchasing models clearly described before checkout

The price, included version, device allowance, and applicable license conditions will be displayed before purchase. Prices may change for future purchases. A price change does not retroactively alter a completed purchase unless expressly agreed.

Payments made through our website may be processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction. This means the purchase transaction may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy’s applicable buyer terms.

Lemon Squeezy is responsible for matters associated with its role as Merchant of Record, including payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, refunds and chargebacks processed through its system, and related payment compliance. Modelion Works remains responsible for the software product, product license, software functionality, and Modelion services provided to you.

Purchasing Modelion software gives you a license to use the software. It does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property. Specific products may have additional license conditions displayed on their product page or provided with the software.

Unless otherwise stated, you may not:

• Redistribute Modelion software
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or share license credentials
• Circumvent licensing or activation systems
• Remove intellectual-property notices
• Use the software in violation of applicable law
• Attempt unauthorized access to Modelion infrastructure
• Use Modelion services to facilitate fraud or abuse

Where a product is licensed for a specific number of devices or users, you must comply with that limit.

The Modelion Library provides access to software associated with your Modelion Account. Availability in the Library may depend on:

• Valid purchase records
• Active entitlement status
• Applicable product license
• Refund or chargeback status
• Technical availability

The Library is not intended to serve as a public software archive. Users should maintain their own reasonable backups of installers and important personal data where appropriate.

We aim to maintain reasonable access to software purchased through Modelion Works. However, we may modify download infrastructure, replace installers, discontinue obsolete builds, or remove software where required for security, legal, or technical reasons.

A perpetual software license, where expressly offered, means that your right to use the eligible licensed version does not expire solely because time passes. It does not necessarily guarantee:

• Permanent hosting of every historical installer
• Compatibility with future operating systems
• Future major versions
• Unlimited future development or support

Software may receive:

• Bug fixes
• Security updates
• Compatibility updates
• Feature updates
• Major new versions

The updates included with a particular purchase are determined by the applicable product license. A license for one major version does not automatically include future major versions unless explicitly stated.

Refunds are governed by the separate Modelion Works Refund Policy available on our website. Nothing in our voluntary refund policy limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.

The website, software, code, visual identity, logos, documentation, product names, graphics, and other original materials provided by Modelion Works are owned by Modelion Works or their respective licensors unless otherwise stated. No rights are granted except the limited rights expressly provided under these Terms or an applicable product license.

The name Modelion Works, its branding, and associated original assets may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.

You may not use our website or services to:

• Interfere with service operation
• Probe or exploit security vulnerabilities without authorization
• Bypass access controls
• Automate abusive requests
• Distribute malware
• Commit fraud
• Obtain another person's account or license without authorization
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

Good-faith security reports may be submitted to our support contact.

Modelion Works relies on third-party infrastructure and services. These may include services for payments, email delivery, cloud hosting, databases, file storage, and software licensing. Use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms.

We are not responsible for independent third-party services outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Some Modelion software may interact with local files, applications, storage devices, or other data on your computer. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important data.

You should review product documentation and instructions before performing operations that move, modify, archive, restore, or delete data. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may temporarily suspend or modify online services for:

• Maintenance
• Security
• Infrastructure changes
• Abuse prevention
• Legal requirements
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption.

We may suspend access to Modelion online services where reasonably necessary because of:

• Fraudulent purchases
• Chargebacks
• Security incidents
• Serious or repeated violations of these Terms
• Unauthorized license distribution
• Legal requirements

Refunded or fraudulent purchases may result in associated entitlements or license keys being revoked. A validly purchased perpetual license will not normally be revoked merely because a user stops using the Modelion website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Modelion services and software are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every product will:

• Operate without interruption or error
• Remain compatible with every future third-party platform or operating system
• Meet every individual user's requirements
• Remain unaffected by changes made by third-party software or services

Mandatory warranties or consumer rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Modelion Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or software.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, these Terms do not attempt to exclude or limit that liability. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

We may update these Terms when our products, services, business structure, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights already granted under a completed software purchase unless legally permitted and clearly agreed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, if you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory local consumer protections, nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable law requires you to retain.
