For personal information processed directly through Modelion Works services, Modelion Works acts as the relevant data controller or personal information controller, as applicable.

Account information

When you create or access a Modelion Account, we may collect:

• Email address
• Internal account identifier
• Account creation date
• Authentication and session information
• Security and login records

Modelion Accounts use passwordless email authentication. We do not require users to create a Modelion-specific password.

Purchase and entitlement information

When you purchase Modelion software, we may receive and store information such as:

• Product purchased
• Order identifier
• Purchase date and status
• Amount and currency
• Lemon Squeezy customer or order identifiers
• Product entitlement status
• License identifier and activation status

Payment card information is processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Modelion Works does not store your full payment card details.

License and download information

To provide licensed software and protect legitimate downloads, we may process license status, activation count, software version, download history, an installation or device-instance identifier, and activation and deactivation events. Where possible, we design our licensing system to avoid collecting unnecessary hardware identifiers.

Technical information

When you use our website or services, we may automatically receive limited technical information, including your IP address, browser and operating system information, request timestamps, security logs, error information, and the pages or services accessed. This information may be used to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve our services.

Purchases may be processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions made through its checkout. Lemon Squeezy may independently process information required to process payments, calculate and collect applicable taxes, prevent fraud, issue receipts and invoices, handle refunds and chargebacks, and meet payment and regulatory obligations.

Modelion Works does not control all information collected directly by Lemon Squeezy during checkout. Your use of Lemon Squeezy’s checkout is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s applicable privacy policy and buyer terms.

We may use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate Modelion Works, including providers for hosting and website delivery, databases, transactional email, payment processing, software licensing, file storage and delivery, and security and infrastructure monitoring.

Our current or planned infrastructure may include services such as Vercel, Resend, hosted PostgreSQL infrastructure, Cloudflare, and Lemon Squeezy. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their respective services and subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

Modelion Works operates from the Republic of Korea and uses service providers that may process or store information in other countries. As a result, personal information may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate legal and contractual safeguards for international transfers and provide required notices or obtain consent where necessary.

Modelion Works may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, and maintaining essential website functionality.

We do not intend to use non-essential advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies without providing any consent mechanism required by applicable law.
