End User License Agreement

Subject to this EULA and the applicable product terms, Modelion Works grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your own use across your devices.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, rent, or sublicense the software
• Share or publish your license key
• Reverse engineer the software except where permitted by applicable law
• Circumvent licensing, activation, or payment controls

Your license activates REvolver on your devices and does not impose a maximum number of activated devices. Activations are bound to the device identifiers you authorize, and you may deactivate a device at any time from your Library. Modelion Works may deactivate or revoke a license where a purchase is refunded or where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, consistent with the Refund Policy and applicable law.

The software is licensed, not sold. Modelion Works and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights.

Modelion Works may make updates available through the Modelion Library. Updates may be subject to this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms.

The software is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this EULA limits any mandatory consumer rights or warranties that cannot be excluded under the laws of your country or region.

This license terminates automatically if you breach this EULA or if the related entitlement is revoked. Upon termination you must stop using the software.
